This is awarded through a select gift basket.
At the end of the twelve-month period, all selected ‘Employees of the month’ go into the draw for ‘Employee of the year’, which is voted upon by their peers.
The winner of ‘Employee of the year’ for 2017 was Chris Campbell. Chris has worked really hard to achieve an amazing level of customer satisfaction and a high quality of work on all of his sites. Chris has shown great initiative and a level of commitment that is highly desired by our customers. We appreciate all of Chris’ efforts over the year and have awarded him 2 x Flights and accommodation to Cairns.
