Where is Jamboree Heights?
The suburb of Jamboree Heights is positioned between a section of the Brisbane river and the Centenary Highway. It is only 18km to Brisbane CBD. The Legacy Way and Airport Link tunnel is the most efficient way to get to Brisbane airport, which is about a 30km drive. Travel the other direction down Centenary Highway and you will find the Logan Motorway with direct access to the Gold Coast, only 90km away. It is close to Darra train station and is part of the Brisbane City council bus service, so there are plenty of public transport options for the area.

Very close to Jamboree Heights is where 1300 4 Gardening call home, with our head office being in Sumner Park. We have been servicing this area from the very beginning of the company’s inception in 1999, so have been through the tough times of the floods with local residents and have been involved in helping the community rebuild. We have also been involved with local schools and sports clubs like Jindalee Golf, which we have been looking after front of house grounds for several years.

There is a large range of Real Estates in the Centenary Suburbs area and the one that has stood out above all others over the last 12 months, is More Real Estate. They have a small team lead by Michael Devlin out of their agency on the corner of Curragundi Road and Arrabri Avenue. More Real Estate are a great support to local businesses, schools and other groups in the 4074 community. At 1300 4 Gardening, we have had the honour of working with Michael and his team to tidy up some properties ready for sale, by cutting back hedges, weeding and trimming gardens and applying fresh mulch to create the right first impression.
